We began as short‑term rental owners right here in the Chicagoland area. What started with a single unit quickly grew into 80 units across 10 successful properties. And along the way, we learned one truth:

"This was by far the absolute cleanest BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Bedroom linen was fresh and bathroom had everything that was needed. Lots of privacy and in a walkable area. Uber was about $15 to get downtown during the afternoon. It was quite and outside common patio area was picturesque. I would consider this option again. The host were nice and was responsive and responded with in minutes. Entering the unit was easy and the instructions provided were accurate. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay here again."
